Frequently Asked Questions

Camping Fun at Livestock Longdon

BOX OFFICE CLOSING TIME 9.30pm.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Children are welcome at the Festival and there will be lots of family friendly activities but please be aware that all Under 16’s need to be accompanied by an adult.  If you are lucky enough to look Under 25 please bring I.D with you to the Festival.  Everyone 18 and over will be given a wristband at the entrance to the Festival which will allow them to purchase alcohol at the Festival Bars.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

The beauty of Livestock is that it is held in a secluded location in the shade of the Malvern Hills. There is no public transport to Manor Farm.  However, there is ample parking at the festival.  We are only 10 minutes from the M50 and are close to Tewkesbury, Ledbury, Worcester and Cheltenham. We are also only 5 minutes from the lovely town of Upton on Severn.

But I don’t have a car and I really want to come! How do I get there?

We are really accessible from the towns of Tewkesbury, Cheltenham and Gloucester and there are several options for you:

1. Train to Ashchurch (Tewkesbury) and taxi from there (about 7 miles)

2. Coach to Cheltenham or Gloucester – then train to Ashchurch (Tewkesbury) then taxi.

Where can I contact the organiser with any questions?

Please contact us on ben@capabilityevents.co.uk if you have any queries or concerns.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You will need the barcode on your e-ticket, either printed out or on your smartphone in order for us to scan and confirm you ticket at the entrance.  We will issue every ticket holder with a wristband. You do not need to have your tickets printed out!

Does it matter that the name on my ticket is different?

No.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds are not available for any tickets.  You can transfer tickets to someone else by logging into your Eventbrite account.  There is a link on your ticket email to do this.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?

You can transfer your ticket by logging into your account on the Eventbrite system.

Can I pitch my tent or Caravan near my friends?

Yes!  There is loads of space – find a spot and make a campsite!

Can I park next to my tent?

Yes! No moving of any vehicles after 10PM.

Can I bring my own drink to the Festival?

Yes. However we rely on the sales of alcohol at the bars to make the Festival viable, however you can bring a crate of Beer (up to 16 cans) OR 2 Bottles of wine OR a 1 litre bottle of Spirits into the camping fields.  You will not be able to re – enter the camping fields multiple times to bring in Alcohol.  Bags may be searched at the entrance to the camping fields. You will not be able to bring any alcohol into the festival arena. Please do not bring Glass into the camping fields as the fields are used for (actual) livestock during the rest of the year.

Can I bring my dog?

Unfortunately, due to real life Livestock on the farm and in surrounding fields we cannot allow dogs at the festival.
